Juice one lemon. Measure 1/4 Cup Olive Oil. Add 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk togehter. Pour over salad and toss, or place on individual salads. Alteratively, if you don't want to dirty another bowl, you can just pour all ingredients over your salad, and skip the step of whisking it togehter.
Use a vegetable peeler to peel the carrots into ribbons. Thinly slice the green onions and radishes. If using chickpeas, drain and rinse them, then mix them with a drizzle of avocado oil, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, and fresh ground pepper.
