To access the LG service menu on a webOS TV, all you have to do is open your browser and enter the following address: After that, a warning message will appear, we simply accept and enter the four-character password that they ask us for. The password to access the service menu is ‘0413’.

The only option is to get a universal remote control. It should have a tiny hole just below the 'channel down' down button which you press with a pointed device like a DMM probe to access the factory settings. If it brings up the menu, you should see options for vertical and horizontal size, positioning etc. Good luck.
