As kits, they are good. There are some complaints about shape accuracies of their 1/48 Sherman, but the T-34 and KV are well received. So, even in my small sampling, Hobby Boss has some good and some not so good. Flory Models did a nice review on the HB F/A-18E that would be comparable to this kit. The problem arises when you start looking at all the bits you hang on the kit, namely pods and weapons. First up: ALQ-99 pods.
