If I line-up the truck and the bed totally straight, the loader still goes crasy and turns to the side. There is all kinds of crasyness going on, how do I do it the normal way? I seriously think the game is bugged or something man.

As has been mentioned, if you select 'simple automatic gearbox' in settings (controller) it will go reverse when you press brake once to stop, (if of course you are moving) then press it again and the reversing lights will come on and go backwards along with audible beeper.
I've downloaded ETS and have added nothing at all to it. I set my controls up and they worked. However, every so often the button for reverse (while still showing the game settings as set) stops working and when I pull into a petrol station to fill up the truck's engine re-starts on it's own and the thing is stuck in reverse. Any ideas what the issue is and how to fix it? EDIT: It happens
